Lolo Lady Mrs. Mary Ekeoma Acholonu

Lolo Lady Mrs. Mary Ekeoma Acholonu, nee Atukpawu was born in Umuawuka, Emii, Owerri North LGA of IMO state.She migrated to the United States in 1967, where she married and continued her studies, obtaining a BSc in Biology, another in Education, and a Master of Science degree in Secondary Education.Lolo Mary was a strong woman who met many challenges and overcame them. She was an unconditionally loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, and sister-in-law, full of humor, an excellent and patient teacher and encourager, gracious and hospitable. Most people close to her called Lolo Mary a peacemaker, the soldier of the cross, and a prayer warrior. The Lord called her to glory on December 24th, 2021.

Dr Eugene Oguh Madu

Dr Eugene Oguh Madu was born in Upe autonomous community of Ngor Okpala LGA of IMO state. He later emigrated to United State for further studies. He completed both his masters in Clinical Nutrition and Doctorate in Public Health at the prestigious Howard University, Washington DC. He was a likeable, funny person and passionate about his beliefs both in Christain faith and goodness in people. He was a Philanthropist and his ability to help others had no boundaries. He was called to glory on January 6th, 2020

Sir Dr. Samuel Onuegbu Nwaobasi

Sir Dr. Samuel Onuegbu Nwaobasi was born on May 15, 1943. He hailed from Okpala in Ngor-Okpala LGA. He lived and worked in St. Louis, Missouri as a Surgeon for 47 years. He was an active member of OPU. He passed into glory on October 2, 2018.

Dr Chibiko Godwin Onyeukwu

Dr Chibiko Godwin Onyeukwu, born in 1936. Attended Nekede central school and also St John’s primary school Barinki ladi-Jos. Attended Izuogo(Arondizugo) secondary school. Proceeded to Russia on scholarship to study medicine. In 1966, he came from Russia after graduating as MD, worked at Ibadan teaching hospital and Enugu teaching hospital respectively. In 1972 travelled to USA where he was trained as a surgeon, worked and lived in NYC before the demise of his wife. He later moved to California before passing on to the great beyond in February 2017-the exit of an icon.
